We "Svenja Jewels LLC" try to provide a unique shopping experience, featuring fine jewelry. Each item on the Svenja Jewels website was made by Artisans in NYC, meeting Svenja Jewels criteria of originality and the highest standards of crafmanship. Each piece is individually made and production schedules attempt, as much as possible, to accommodate customers delivery request.

However, orders not in stock are subject to the availability of raw materials, production and delivery time.

Also, all of the jewelry pieces are made in a studio setting and therefore features subtle variations in detail and finish, from the items photographed on our website

SALES TAX

We are a NY State business: sales tax will only be applied if you live in the state of New York or as otherwise required by law.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We use UPS and FedEx to ship domestically and internationally and offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the united states.

Items will be shipped using selected shipping method when your entire order is filled (i.e.: if it takes two weeks to get the items in stock and you selected Next Day Air, we will ship Next Day Air as soon as we are in possession of your entire order). We will send you a tracking number so you are able to follow your package.

We will insure all packages, which will require a signature to RELEASE.
Delivery times are an estimate and are subject to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship worldwide. if we are shipping internationally you will receive an estimate via email before we process your order. it is only an estimate and the shipping charge will be finalized after processing the order. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by the county that we are shipping to.

RETURN POLICY

if you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it to SVENJA JEWELS LLC for credit only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours from the date your

order is received.

Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt.

Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.

Returned item(s) must be in their original packaging.

All special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by the customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. customers will be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.

All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped via UPS or Fedex.

exchanges/credits will be processed within 7 days after we receive
the merchandise and we will notify you via email upon completion.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible. if the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice. If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be a final sale and the above return policy will apply to your purchase. This policy also applies to any jewelry that is altered or changed pursuant to your request.

REPAIRS

For repairs, please email info@svenjajewels.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, Details from the original sales invoice and your contact information. if we determine that we can accept your repair, we will contact you with further details such as shipping information and repair estimates.
